  • You phoned, text messaged, or used WhatsApp to message us to enquire about coaching and consulting services.

  • You contacted us via Instagram or LinkedIn platforms to enquire about coaching and consulting services.

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Communicate with you directly to discuss coaching and consulting services.

  • To send you email communications.

  • To provide proof of coaching service hours undertaken.

 

If you inquire but decide not to go ahead with any coaching or consulting services, your details will be deleted and will not be shared with any third party.

How we store your personal information.

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your contact details for the duration of the coaching and consulting services agreement.  We will then dispose of your information by deleting all records held on file, with the exception of your full name and email address, which will be stored on the coaching log.

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

 

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
