I created Shake Up Talent to enable women to excel in their careers and contribute meaningfully to the world of work.
I have 25 years experience of working as a Talent Management and Development professional across a variety of industries from SMEs to large FTSE 100 global businesses. During this time, I've partnered with individuals and leadership teams driving meaningful change that positively impacts culture, engagement and productivity. I'm a Certified Coach and facilitator and love working with organisations to unlock the potential of female talent.
