I created Shake Up Talent to help people and organisations truly thrive.
I have 25 years experience of working as a Talent Management and Development professional across a variety of industries from SMEs to large FTSE 100 global businesses. During this time, I've partnered with individuals and leadership teams driving meaningful change that positively impacts culture, engagement and productivity. I'm a certified coach and facilitator with a particular passion for developing women in leadership - and a proven track record of building organisations where great leadership can flourish.
